All new construction requires Disney's approved builder program, and every exterior modification needs Disney approval. Custom builds typically take 18 to 36 months from concept to move in. Disney also holds right of first refusal on certain resales, which means they can match any accepted offer. Golden Oak is zoned for Sand Lake Elementary and Southwest Middle School.
