Built between 1996 and 2004, it sits along the shores of Big Sand Lake, Little Sand Lake, and Lake Serene, making it one of the most desirable lakefront addresses in all of Orlando.
The community is divided into three distinct sub-communities, each offering a different scale of home:

One of the standout features of Phillips Landing is the community boat ramp and dock on Big Sand Lake, giving residents direct access to the Sand Lake Chain of Lakes for boating, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
