Windermere Preparatory School is a private K-12 school rated A+ by Niche and ranked the number one private school in the Orlando area. They maintain a 100% graduation rate, a 13:1 student-to-teacher ratio, and average SAT scores of 1310. Total enrollment is around 1,600 students.
For families with school-age children, this private entrance is a convenience and safety advantage that no other community in the area can match.
